Tad, my input. Not a happy one, kinda autistic. But true. U can use it, or not, it is up to you.
An Indian song (silent prayer)
Shallow is my heart
Shalom, shalom
Shallow is the water
Shalom, shalom
Shallow was your love
Shalom, shalom
But I drowned in it
Shallow was the sun, the sun, the sun
Shallow was the wind, the wind, the wind
Shallow was your love, your love
Faint and thin
Sorrowed is my soul, my soul
Shalom, shalom
Sorrowed is the night, the night
Shalom, shalom
Sorrowed is the light, and all that’s colored by the moon.
Dear Angeliki,
Thank you for your poem. It came straight from the heart. Strong impression! We all have moments of sadness, mourning, disappointment. In my experience when they come, it is best to embrace them with arms wide open, face them and let all the sadness come out into the open. Crying for hours is especially good (tried out recipe)! Writing poems also works, I guess! 🙂
Then it is much easier to look up again and observe with curiosity what a new day brings. You hold strong life force in you.
I enclose a photo of a misty edge of forest. Edge of forest in shamanic traditions means border line between worlds and where there is mist, there is mother goddess’ feminine energy around. Your song expresses all that so this photo goes well with it.
