“EARTH MAGIC: Practical Shamanic Work With Nature” – DUGI OTOK With Nagual Uchu

Come and spend a week with us in beautiful, immaculate nature of a Croatian island called Dugi otok. We will learn and practice ancient wisdom and techniques of shamanism with a master from Latin America – nagual Uchu. What better way to conclude summer!

Shamanism is the oldest spiritual heritage known to mankind. It is being practiced all over the world and it is over 60 000 years old, more accurate number would be over 100 000 years old. It teaches us that everything is connected, alive and has a spirit. We are part of Mother Nature, not standing over and above it. We are all connected in the great web of life physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Shaman Uchu will dedicate this week to practical shamanic magic and to work with nature.

He will teach you how to communicate with spirits of nature, how to work with the elements: water, earth, air and fire. He will share with you simple, but very powerful and effective shamanic techniques of working with stones, trees, the sea, wind, fruits… Techniques which allow us to invoke desired changes and healing into our reality with awareness and power of intent. This empowers us. We will work in a lovely, quiet bay where the environment strongly supports us in sensing and feeling nature in the widest meaning of the word.

The program is not the same as last year: we will focus on different sets of exercises and go even further and deeper.

We will be implementing advanced techniques that take us deeper. The course is suitable for both: those who have already worked with Uchu and those who haven’t. This is not a beginner level workshop, therefore it is recommendable you have worked with energies before in whatever form. No previous knowledge of shamanism is required.

Lodging is provided in private houses mainly – located at the end of bay to offer us peace and privacy. Meals will be provided by Hotel Luka. Bear in mind it is an old hotel and in Dugi otok life runs with a slow pace.

Who?

Nagual Uchu comes from Latin America. He learned and practiced shamanism mostly in Mexico, Peru and Brazil where he lived with the Indians. He was once part of Carlos Castaneda’s circle and worked closely with Merilyn Tunneshende (the nagual Woman from don Juan’s circle). He spent years travelling all around the world, living in India and among African and Siberian shamans, gaining rich experience in working with energies.
He combined and integrated ancient knowledge and techniques into Urban-Modern Shamanism which is applicable in 21st century in our everyday lives. For more than 20 years Uchu has been teaching and coaching ancient shamanic techniques all over the world. He is currently active in Europe.

What?

Thousands of years ago our ancestors lived and breathed in the pulse of nature. They were aware everything is alive and the universe talks to us all the time. Their spiritual leaders, shamans, medicine men knew that the secrets were written in the language of nature and they were able to speak it.

What is Earth Magic? It is simply the art of working with the forces of nature around us to bring about necessary changes, to help ourselves and those around us.

Uchu’s heart mission is to empower you and to expand your awareness. He will not spend much time explaining Earth magic to you. Instead he will push you right into it with practical work, so that you can explore and experience its ways by yourself.

These simple, but extremely effective techniques derive from so called common people from the days when everything in their world was handmade. These people were of the earth. They lived, breathed and worked with it every day. They have left us a precious legacy, which unfortunately was persecuted and wiped out in great measure throughout our history. It is only now being rediscovered. It was persecuted because people with power and knowledge to affect their realities are not easy to control.

Uchu will lead you through experiential exercises:

How to read signs and receive guidance and healing through working with forces and elements of nature: earth, water, wind, trees, fire, mountains, sea, stones, plants… Uchu will share ancient shamanic techniques and tools for communication with spirits of nature with us.
How to enhance and train your awareness, focus and being present
Simple shamanic healing techniques using tools from nature
Shamanic Journeys / experiencing multi-dimensional realities
Ceremonies / stopping the world
Fire ceremony
Shamanic drumming

Those who know him know Uchu sees and senses energies. He adapts the program to the group according to its needs.

We always have at least one sacred shamanic fire ceremony with live drumming there. Fire allows for rapid transformation. We can let go of our old stories, lessons and dramas that do not serve us anymore and give them to the Fire – to the Great Spirit. It will transform them and offer healing, renewal and symbolic rebirth. By releasing these old patterns and beliefs into the fire, you heal deeply at the level of the soul. Drums will enhance and support the process, offering the opportunity for experiencing altered states of consciousness, relaxation or trance.

Price:

Price of 1 week workshop comprises of 2 parts:

1^st part: Price of shamanic workshop – 6 days, 3 hours per day + fire ceremony with drumming. You will be asked to pay for this part in advance.

2^nd part: accommodation with 3 meals per day. This part of the price depends on the type of your accommodation. You will pay this part at the reception of Hotel Luka on arrival.

Price of shamanic workshop:

170 €

6 days of workshop, 3 hours a day, plus minimum one fire ceremony with shamanic drumming. You will be asked to pay this part of the price prior to arrival to the following account.
