Imagine a group of people, sitting together, long long time ago. They have gathered together to support one community member who is suffering from a traumatic experience. They know that the suffering of one person affects the entire community. So they have come to help and to hold the space for healing to happen. Together with the shaman they will perform shamanic soul healing process.
In shamanic traditions it is an extremely important process. It is a foundation for further work and practitioners perform it for weeks, months, even years , before becoming masters. So far we have only touched a surface of Soul Retrieval at nagual Uchu’s workshops. Now Uchu has decided to dedicate an entire workshop to Soul Healing due to its importance and power.

What?
Soul Healing is known to all global shamanic cultures in its various forms. To them disease is only a broken balance on the spiritual level (so called loss of a piece of the soul) which, if not treated, is manifested in the emotional , mental and physical level. It is believed that whenever we suffer an emotional or physical trauma a part of our soul flees the body as our survival mechanism activates in order to survive the experience. “The soul” in this case is actually a part of our energy, life force, vitality, our essence.
Lost pieces of energy remain in parallel (spiritual) reality waiting for somebody to intervene and enable them to return to their owner. The problem from a shamanic point of view is that the soul part that left usually does not come back on its own. Traditionally it has always been the role of the shaman to go into an altered state of consciousness, track down lost pieces and return them to the body of the client. Now you have the opportunity to learn how to do it for yourselves.
What are the symptoms of missing (lost) soul fragments ?
There are many common symptoms of soul loss. Frequently a person feels alienation, does not feel fully in his or her body and alive. Other symptoms include chronic depression, post traumatic stress syndrome, immune deficiency problems and other health issues. Addictions are also a sign of soul loss as we seek external sources to fill up the empty space inside of us through substances, food, relationships, work etc. A person may feel unable to express his or her talents, creativity or joy. Numbness.
At the workshop Uchu will guide you:
• Through the process of recovering lost soul fragments in a way that works for him as he had learned it at his shamanic training in the forests of Latin America. You will do a journey into consciousness – a guided descent into the parallel reality with detailed instructions on how to track down the pieces of your lost power. The process will be supported by proper music.
• You will learn the importance of this process and its impact on your life.
As you return lost pieces of your energy back to you, your life force, talents, creativity and joy come back as well. Gifts and strengths such as how to love, how to trust, be creative etc start returning, too. You suddenly feel alive and vibrant and more at peace with yourself.
Workshop is a part of more advanced practices in shamanism, therefore it is recommended you already have some information and experience in shamanism or you have already worked with nagual Uchu. No prior knowledge of Soul Retrieval is required.

Who?
Nagual Uchu learned and practiced shamanism in Mexico, Peru and Brazil. He was part of Carlos Castaneda’s circle and he worked closely with Merilyn Tunneshende (the nagual Woman from don Juan’s circle). He spent years travelling all around the world, living in India, also among African and Siberian shamans, gaining rich experience in working with energies.
He combined and integrated ancient knowledge and techniques into Urban-Modern Shamanism which is applicable in 21st century in our everyday lives. In the last 2 decades Uchu has been teaching and coaching ancient shamanic techniques adapted to modern life all over the world. He is currently teaching in Europe.
